SBMLPlot is a wrapper for Plot that is compatable with the output of SMBLNDSolve and/or SBMLRead; in other words, you don't have to know anything about the format of the data structure returned by eithe SBMLNDSolve or SBMLRead to use SBMLPlot.

Experienced Mathematica users are also free to use Plot or any of the other more advanced graphics utilities available to them.

SBMLPlot new in MathSBML v. 1.0. Compatibility with events (Interpolation Sets) new in v.2.3; revised in 2.3.34.
SBMLPlot[solution, options] Plots all variables in the solution for the entire duration of the solution.
SBMLPlot[solutions, {tbegin, tend}, options] Plots all variables in the solution from tbegin to tend.
SBMLPlot[solution, {var1, var2,...}, {tbegin, tend}, options] Plots var1, var2, ... from tbegin to tend

Note: (MathSBML version 2.3.0) only the first form may be used if the solution contains events. Compatibility of events with the other forms of SBMLPlot will be added in later releases.

In the first form, all variables in the file are plotted for the entire duration of the run.

type→"Log" Use a logarithmic y-axis. Values that are zero or negative are ignored.
zero→0 Only valid for log plots and plotting models with events. When plotting interpolation sets, due to interpolation errors there may be some rounding errors. Because of the rouding errors, values that would normally be equal to zero may be a small positive number, makeing the plots unweildy. Setting the value of zero to a small postive number determines a floor beneath with all values will be treated as zero. The default value of zero is 0.

The input solution to SBMLPlot is typically the output of SBMLNDSolve. However, if automatic integration was enabled during SBMLRead, then the model itself will contain a solution, and the model returned by SBMLRead can be sent directly to SBMLPlot without any further processing. Thus

	m = SBMLRead["myfile.xml"]; 
	n = SBMLNDSolve[n,1];


	m = SBMLRead["myfile.xml", 


	m = SBMLRead["myfile.xml", 

will all generate the same plot.

The following example illustrates the use of SBMLNDSolve to solve a model after it is read by SBMLRead, and then the use of SBMLPlot to plot the model after the numerical solution is computed.

To plot a subset of variables, the option variables is available. For example,

	Plot[s, variables->{x, y, z}]
will only plot the variables x, y, and z in the solution s, while
	Plot[s, variables->x]
will only plot the variable x.

Observe that when plotting specific variables, the entire variable name, including context, must be specified.
